Installation Guidelines for Vinyl Tiles and Planks
1. Installation on Parquet and Laminate Floors
Conditions: Suitable for parquet or laminate floors without bevels.
Preparation:
If the laminate floor has been treated with waxes, apply a product to remove the wax as much as possible.
For floors with bevels or head joints deeper than 1mm, cover them with a paste for WOOD. If necessary, polish and apply a floor primer.
Note: Do not install on floating floors with significant movement, as wood vibrations may cause vinyl tiles to detach.
2. Installation on Cement-Based Floors
Preparation: Apply at least two layers of floor primer. This is sufficient for installing vinyl tiles or planks.
3. Installation on Smooth Ceramic Floors without Bevels
Conditions: Suitable for smooth, pore-free ceramic floors.
Preparation:
Check for decorative bevels or head joints deeper than 1mm.
If present, cover the joints with an indoor ceramic covering material. Sand down if necessary and apply a layer of floor primer.
4. Installation on Textured or Relief Ceramic Floors
Preparation:
Apply an indoor leveling paste (fast or slow drying) to cover imperfections.
Once dry, apply two layers of floor primer.
5. Installation on Terrazzo or Marble Floors
Preparation:
Remove any wax from the floor, as terrazzo and marble floors are often treated with wax during installation.
Wax and vinyl tile adhesive are incompatible; failing to remove the wax or apply two layers of floor primer may result in detachment of vinyl tiles or planks.

Regularly, we need one full 20’GP container. For new customer, we can offer 2000sqms MOQ or more lower MOQ for some stock colors.
