Structure of LVT Flooring
|
LVT flooring primarily consists of five layers: UV protective coating, wear-resistant layer, print layer, substrate layer, glue and release paper. 1. The UV protective coating forms the uppermost layer of the LVT flooring. It provides an additional protective covering that increases the vinyl flooring’s resistance to wear and staining, simplifying daily maintenance. 2. The wear-resistant layer, typically composed of transparent PVC, improves the flooring’s durability by offering wear resistance. 3. The print film layer, situated beneath the wear-resistant layer, achieves the aesthetic and enhances the appearance of the flooring through printing technologies, creating textures and patterns such as wood grain, stone, or tiles. 4. The substrate layer, the mid-layer made primarily of PVC, serves as the additional support with flame-retardant and anti-slip features. 5. The fifth adhesive layer is a key component of the product, which is formulated with high-quality adhesive materials to provide excellent bonding performance, thereby making the product firmly and securely adhere to various floor surfaces. 6.The sixth layer of release paper is an essential protective layer that can protect the adhesive properties of the glue layer. It is coated with a special release agent that prevents glue from sticking to itself or any other surface during storage and transportation. When installation is required, you only need to peel off the release paper and discard it. |
