The first UV coating will protect the surface from UV ray’s direct impacts effectly, increase clarity of veins, anti –scratch, anti-discoloration. |

The second wear-resistant layer adds scratch, stain and slippery resistance to the panel. |

The third decorated PVC film layer with high imitation of real wood for modern and natural looks. |

The forth PVC base layer is composed of natural stone powder (CaCO3) and plastic powder. |

The fifth glue layer can make the product stick to the groud floor. |
|
The bottom release paper will protect the glue layer from dirty. You can throw it away when installation. |
Package Information
v Packing pieces for different sizes.
1. 6inchx36inch: we normally pack 36 pieces per color box (equals about 5 square meters or 54 square feet);
2. 4inchx36inch:we normally pack 33 pieces per color box (equals about 3 square meters or 33 square feet);
3. 12inchx24inch:we normally pack 20 pieces per color box (equals about 3.7 square meters or 40 square feet);
4. 18inchx36inch:we normally pack 12 pieces per color box (equals about 5 square meters or 54 square feet).
Note: The package pieces can be customized at different client’s request and for different market.
v Package Materials
1. Paper Color box
A. Box designs
We can print the color box based on customer’s own design with their own logo information.
If the customer does not have their own designs, we can offer factory box deisgns for their reference.
A. Box materials
Normally, we use double layers plus E-corrugated box materials to pack the goods. (material weight 330gs per sqm)
Other materials such as B-corrugated or double corrugated box can be aslo available, but the price will ba a little higher than normal materials.
B. Inner box plus outer box
Some customers may need double package including inner box and outer box, but the price will be a little higher than normal package.
A. Special treatment for the box
PE layer can be added the box surface. Other special treatment can be negociated during the order production.
1. Wood pallet
After the goods are packed with color boxes, then the standard quantity of boxes will be put on a wood pallet.
The pallet material can be polywood or fumigated wood. Fumigated wood pallet price is slight higher than polywood.
Loading Information
Our products is quite heavy, so we normally use 20 feet container to load the goods. If the customer has light goods to combine, 40 feet container will be more proper.

Ø Economic and Environmental-friendly
The main raw materials of the product are PVC resin and natural stone powder, which have been tested by national authoritative departments and do not contain any radioactive elements. It is a green and environmentally friendly new type of floor decoration material.
Ø Light and thin
The thickness of the product is generally only 1.0mm to 3.0 mm, except for SPC. The weight per square meter is only 2-5KG, which is less than 10% of ordinary ground materials. It has unparalleled advantages in load-bearing and space saving of high-rise buildings, and also has special advantages in the renovation of old buildings:
Ø Wear Resistant and Anti Slip
The surface of the product has a wear-resistant layer and embossing, which can play a role in wear resistance and anti slip.
Ø Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction
The product can absorb up to 20 decibels of sound. And the SPC product can put 1mm IXPE layer on the back to have a more better effect to absorb more sound.
Ø Fire Proof and Water Proof
The fire protection level of the product can reach B1 level, second only to stone. The product surface is water proof.
Ø Stain Resistant and Antibacterial
The surface of the product has undergone special antibacterial treatment, which can inhibit the production and reproduction of bacteria.
Ø Easy Installation
The installation and construction are convenient and fast, and you don't need to hire a dedicated installation technician. You can handle it by yourself.
