SPC extrusion quality requirements
1. The density of SPC substrate must reach 1950-2150KG/m ³, and the hardness must be ≥ 70 degrees;
2. The board surface is flat, without warping, delamination, bubbles, wrinkles, irregular shapes or colors, waves, or holes;
3. Uniform hardness, uniform embossing, uniform thickness, with a thickness tolerance of ≤± 0.05mm;
4. After the color film is attached to the SPC substrate board, the shrinkage or stretching ratio of the color film shall not exceed 5% and shall be stable. The shrinkage and stretching of the color film in the same batch shall be ≤ 2%, and there shall be no obvious color difference in the color film;
5. The high-temperature shrinkage ratio of the board shall be ≤ 0.06% (baked at 80 degrees for 6 hours), and the maximum value shall not exceed 0.08%; Warping ≤ 1MM, maximum value not exceeding 1.2MM;
6. The adhesion force between the surface layer and SPC substrate shall not be less than 75N (50 mm wide and narrow strip tensile test);
7. The depth of the board pattern is 0.2MM ± 0.02MM, and the error between products in the same batch shall not be ≤ 0.02MM;
8. The SPC substrate must match the color of the sample or signed sample;
9. The thickness of the wear-resistant layer shall be ordered according to the thickness requirements of the order, and the thickness tolerance shall not exceed ± 0.01mm.
SPC product embossing requirements
1. Indicate that the embossing is based on the actual order requirements and is consistent with the sample;
2. The embossing depth of the entire layout must be balanced and consistent, and there should be no uneven depth in any area;
3. The depth of the embossing should be based on the absence of white edges after slotting.
4. The depth of embossing must be checked every half an hour. Use your palm to touch the entire surface of the board, feel the embossing situation, measure the thickness for comparison, and observe the reflected light to determine if the surface depth is consistent. Use an embossing depth gauge to measure the depth of embossing on the same part of the floor for comparison
5. Embossing should not cause any other surface defects.
SPC edge grooving requirements
1.Grooving temperature: 23±2℃
2.Appearance:
Surface: There should be no damage to corners, buckle types, machine damage, chamfering threads, scratches, or debris (debris should be observed at a 60cm angle and 60 degree angle if not obvious)
Back: The back of the product has no serious dents, dents, abrasions, back film damage or other defects. The width of the back defects is less than 1mm, the depth is less than or equal to 0.1mm, and the length of each board is less than or equal to 5cm. There are 2 similar defects, and the percentage of such defects is less than or equal to 3%
