Introducing Our Quality Control
Product adhesiveness testing standards:
1．Glue aging test: place it in a 120 ° oven for 4 hours, and then cool it to room temperature. Observe whether the glue anti-aging is normal, whether there is glue overflow, and whether the release paper peels off normally.
2. Lifting test:
A. Cold lifting: Cut the floor tiles that have not been baked in an oven into 6 "* 6" sizes, with a lifting weight of 3KG, and maintain it for more than 4 hours to be considered normal;
B. Hot lifting: After baking in a 120 ° C oven for 4 hours, cool to room temperature, take a size of 6 "* 6", lift a weight of 1KG, and keep it for 15 minutes to be normal.
Product quality:
1. Weight: 175-190 grams ( for 1.0mm thickness)
2. Tile size: length and width:+/-0.1mm, thickness:+/-0.1mm;
3. Glue dosage: 4 grams to 4.5 grams;
